People and Place

 New Families From Different Areas

stories about people we love, of course, families such as fathers, mothers, siblings and others. starting from me going to jakarta is a story i had to be away with my family. because I studied at the Indonesian Christian University. so, I have to separate from my family.

after I was in Jakarta I found friends from various parts of Indonesia in a place, namely a dormitory. I met them because they have the same goals as me. so, we lived together in that place. during my stay in the dormitory I already felt a new family during my education. because, I feel sharing love to fill the shortcomings together and study together in the dormitory. I feel there is a new family sent by God for me to grow together in Christ.

During my stay in the dormitory I have felt the joy and sorrow for 2 years but we try to uphold it together. I really like solidarity with friends and that togetherness must also exist. here I learn a lot from anything. in the dormitory there are also rules that we must obey and we are aware that those rules are for us and shape our character to be even better.

I'm thankful that I don't live alone but I live with friends from the area living in the dorms. in the dormitory we have activities for our togetherness, like we have independence day celebrations and we hold competitions. Also, celebrate the birthday every month of each of our birthdays at that time. now I have semester 4 live 2 more years I live in the dormitory. I hope that our togetherness is not only the time of living in the dormitory but always together throughout our lives. i hope also our dorm where we live? always going forward and the building is getting more comfortable in the future.
